I have just completed my purchase of an Aston Martin DB9 via Reiss James. I am delighted with the condition of the vehicle, having purchased without personally seeing the car, as well as the excellent service received. There was a last minute electrical problem discovered on the delivery day by the Reiss James team who reacted immediately to resolve and although this delayed delivery they were committed to ensuring the car had no problems with it before it arrived. Special mention for Vickie Taylor who really went the extra mile and kept me informed every step of the way. The final delivery was arranged for where I happened to be in the Uk and followed up immediately by Vickie to make sure I was happy. Great car, great value and great work from these guys - I will use Reiss James again!
